A series of highly interactive workshops designed to help managers and individual contributors become more effective business partners by giving them access to powerful concepts that enable them to understand how organizations grow, why they age, and how to change them.

    Understand breakthrough approaches to aligning your organization’s purpose, mission, and strategies and assuring that the organization is structured appropriately to drive execution. Learn how to align metrics and rewards in your organization to cement behaviors and assure implementation.

  • Improving Your Organization:
    Become familiar with tried and true concepts and methods for assuring that implementation happens in your organization. Understand how to clearly assign responsibilities, task teams, facilitate change, and assure execution.

  • Powerful Facilitation:
    Today, more than ever, teams play a critical role in the lives of effective organizations -- empowering employees, generating needed change, and producing innovative solutions to complex problems. Skilled facilitation is a resource such organizations cannot do without.

    This workshop and accompanying materials bring together both theory and practice to create a comprehensive reference for anyone whose role is to guide groups toward realizing their creative and problem solving potential.

This program is fast-paced, highly interactive workshop targeted at professionals from any discipline. The curriculum for each workshop includes some lecturing but the majority of the work involves small group exercises
